Fast Forward to a more civilized time; shows like America's Most Wanted, Cops, & The Bounty Hunter have all gained legions of loyal viewers, not for the great acting, but because we love to see people get BUSTED!

Do you find yourself looking at Wanted-Posters when standing in line at your local post office? Do you slow down when passing a police car, with suspects in the back, straining to see, who are they? Let's be honest, when driving past a suspected drunk-driver, getting put through a field sobriety test, have you ever looked to see if it's someone you know, or smirk to yourself and say, "Whew, Glad It's Not Me"
